The form on this site
The admin check form sends your name, business, email, phone if you give one, and which job you repeat every week. We use that to reply and to prepare your 30-minute admin check. We won't add you to a newsletter off the back of it. Bookings are made through Calendly (calendly.com), so Calendly's privacy policy also applies to what you enter there.
If you use the 'What's admin costing me?' pop-up and enter your email, we get your answers, your email and your phone if you give one, so we can send you the breakdown. We only follow up about a free admin check if you tick the box, and we stop when you ask.
If you email hello@keiracom.com, we keep the message for as long as we need it to do the work you asked about, then we delete what we don't need. We don't sell contact details.
Cookies and analytics
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. We also keep a simple tally of steps taken on the site (a 'What's admin costing me?' quiz started or finished, a booking sent) with the page and where the visit came from. The tally holds nothing that identifies you and is stored with Supabase in Sydney. We don't run any advertising trackers at the moment. Your browser may still store ordinary bits it needs to load the page.
If you reach us from one of our ads or a tracked link, the link tells us where you came from (for example, which ad or which campaign). We keep that with your enquiry or 'What's admin costing me?' quiz for this visit only, so we know which ads are worth paying for. It isn't a cookie and it isn't shared with anyone.
We may use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google in future, such as the Meta Pixel and Google's tag. If we do, we'll update this page before they go on, say what they collect, and explain how to switch off ad personalisation.

If you want to complain about how we've handled your details, contact us first at the same email or number. Tell us what happened and we'll look into it. We'll reply within 30 days.
If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
